BID NOTES: PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE HOURLY RATE IN YOUR BID FOR 10, 20 AND 40 HOURS PER WEEK. THIS IS AN ONGOING NEED AND WILL OFFER PROJECTS TO TRY EACH OTHER OUT. PLEASE INCLUDE DIVI EXPERIENCE! Our team needs someone able to help us build amazing websites for our clients using the Divi builder on our customized WordPress platform. As our business grows and focuses on more niches, we need the ability to quickly create sites to a specific standard. Our designers get backend up with the volume of basic site building functions. We also will need help making updates to client sites as requested after the initial build. You would assist the project manager/lead designer in getting the sites done as quickly as possible while up to our standards and the client’s expectations. You’ll work as a part of our team and need to communicate extremely well. We’ll provide an overview (either through a recorded video or document), client collateral and task list and expect you to be able to handle most of it. It’s ok if you don’t know how to do something on the list, but you need to be comfortable telling us right away so we can either teach you how to do it (or how we want it done) or have one of us do that portion. General Task Examples: *Install and customize the child theme we select *Customize header/footer using Divi Theme Builder with information/images provided *Use of global colors if needed to coordinate across the site *Ensure the design meets brand guidelines provided *Color palette *Fonts *Logos/graphics/elements *Create static pages *Use existing page templates from the theme when possible *Arrange content provided in an attractive manner *Create and organize blog posts *We’ll provide the category structure and content *Use theme builder to create appropriate post layouts (usually just adjustments to the theme’s post template) *Choose effective images/design and edit as needed *We’ll provide images/video and other elements from the client or our team will acquire images we need *We’ll give you an overview of what we want, access to all client collateral and need you to select the best for the site *You will need to be able to size/crop/manipulate images as needed or provide let us know what you want so we can create it for you. *Ability to use stock placeholders to build the design while we acquire an images/assets needed *Connect 3rd party services like Mailgun, Google Maps/APIs, etc. (we’ll provide keys and/or video instructions) Divi Specific Skills Needed *Ensure pages work well on all devices *Able to use theme builder *Create layouts for custom post types *Create transparent headers *Create mobile friendly headers/footers *Ability to create sticky headers and stack content *Import/Export layouts using json files and Divi Cloud – we just got Divi Cloud so not all of our assets are available there yet, but that is a goal. *Ability to use the transform functionality *Ability to use design effects like animations, filters, parallax, overlays, shape dividers, hover states and masks *Ability to use bulk editing tools, global functions, find and replace, color manager, copy and paste styling, extend styling to be efficient with time and provide consistency across the site *Manage advanced display conditions *Ability to build with WooCommerce (product pages, archives, carts, checkout, account page) General WordPress Skills *Create custom post types *Create custom fields *Correct use of heading tags *Adjust CSS as needed General Plugins We Use *Branda Pro *SmartCrawl Pro *Advanced Custom Fields *Custom Post Type UI *Events Calendar Pro *WooCommerce *Gravity Forms Pro *Monarch Social Sharing *Mailgun *OneSignal Push Notifications *WP Rocket Divi Child Themes & Plugins We Use(Unlimited/Lifetime Access) *[login to view URL] (use the most) *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL]
