Client Loss Control Platform

My name is Michael Cotter and I work for a commercial insurance brokerage called CIS. We are in the middle of developing a value-add loss control product for our clients.
End Result: Creating a system which will allow our clients to view their properties in both a map & list screen. They would then be able to click on each property and see loss control details about it.
On the back end we would need a system developed that takes a report from PDF format, numericizes it via a scorecard we created, and then turn that into viewable data on the client facing side.
• Develop a system that takes the PDF and numericizes the answers via the scorecard we built on excel. Ideally this would be the click of a button.
• Develop a system that then generates the infographic and scorecard (in presentation format) from the scorecard results
• The above system would also need to show failing criteria if it failed. It would also be ideal if the system showed the critical recommendations of the report.
• The system would tie into the mapping software/client facing portal.
I have already created a manual excel/google docs/bach geo version of the system as a rough draft. However, I won't upload those now because some of these have client information on them/need explaining anyway.
