Help desk configuration

I use a system called [url removed, login to view] for customer service - both email handling and FAQs.

It is economical but customer service is non existent. I need someone to help me configure it for more advanced features and expansion of my customer service needs.

Essentially, I will tell you how it needs to be improved or expanded and you can work out how to do either with Kayako or simply by spending time working it out using testing.
