We have a web site: [login to view URL] All functions are working: registration, reset password, verify ID, Google map, payment, in-site chat, etc. User flow is currently confusing. Users feel hard to follow or use. We need to change the interface, the user flow and add some functions, such as "Instant Pro". You can register as a user and use it and have an idea of the web site before you bid on the project. Below is some mockup I make and put on Microsoft OneNote. I will have about 5 more pages to add and I am still working on it. Although it looks like many pages, but many are duplicate and only a few things are different, for example, 430, 450 and 460. As you continue reading the mockup, you will find more and more duplicate. You need to implement it by designing the interface and writing codes.
