Multiple Rotating Buy Now links based on conditional logic

Job Description:
We have a 5 distributor affiliates referral distributorship to an ecommerce platform. We have built a website based on that ecommerce products.
But we need to rotate the buy now / Order now button links with our 5 distributors which should rotate.
For example: Distributor A to E. But until or unless Distributor A is getting paid via his affiliate link, the buy now/ join now button link should continue to vist the Distributor A affiliate link. Only after the successfully purchase via A. The buy now / join now button link would start visiting the Distributor B link. The process will rotate like that all the time.
