For an internal mail project, I need an interface that looks just like Microsoft Outlook 2000. I'd prefer it to be done in CSS so that the styles can be updated easily as MS Outlook versions change. I'll need all the major portions of the screen (which I'll clearly define in screenshots, etc.) to be editable and usable for me to develop the mail program around. Wherever possible the interface should react like Outlook - such as mouseover and onclick / onhover / selected states. We do not intend to violate Microsoft's copyrights or imitate Microsoft.
