Hello! Natively woocommerce is determining if a product is on sale or not by comparing the sale price and the regular price. I see you have two date fields added there, so it's not controlled by wc itself anymore but some other plugin or theme mod. And in teh cron list I don't see any schedule who`s name would suggest it's to deal with them sale status of teh products either, htough this may not be showing the whole list.
