The administrator will enter information on as many as 50 separate properties. The information will include:
number of owners, each owners percentage of ownership, total capital, total capital per investor, monthly
contributions paid, monthly contributions owed, meetings scheduled, meetings held, meeting minutes, current
property income, vacancies, capital improvements planned, capital improvements completed, property address, year
built, square footage total, square footage of each unit in addition to number of bedrooms, bathrooms and
miscellaneous features. Also necessary will be several expense fields and access to tax documents. Each property
would include up to 10 pictures and as many as 20 pages worth of attachments.

Each user login would open a list of the user’s specific investments giving them access to the above information
but only to the specific properties authorized by the administrator.
A public area where non-members would be allowed to view information describing investment property for sale. The
administrator would be able to select property from the data base and mark it for sale automatically moving it to
the public area where several fields would be displayed to non-members visiting the site. Selecting the property
for sale would all require the entry of key fields including price, earnest money requirement, showing instruction
and miscellaneous information.
