Redesign of a landing page for mortgage lending.

We need a modern responsive redesign of a content-rich financial website for mortgage rates. Starting with the Landingpage.
The main focus is the area over the fold. Here we show the current interest rates and a historical chart. We want to optimize the UX, mainly to reduce the bounce rate and also to increase the conversion rate (trust, bit emotions) -> interest request. Also, SEO should be in mind, which means we want fast loading times by a clean structured design, no typical WordPress image overload. We have enough good content to present. :-)
