Redesign Magento Store in every corner of frontend

I've a magento store using Ultimo theme that need to redesign the front end. The design should cover home page, category page, product page, contact us and etc. The design should maximize using the feature comes with the Ultimo theme, eg: you can put the feature products block anywhere it feels right, banner in proper place, reuse the css that came with the theme, etc. I've limited graphic to put on the website, I can send you some images regarding the products but the rest you need to think and design what to put on the website (banners/posters/graphics in the sliders/etc..). The overall feel of the design should feel modern. The webstore is responsive and the design need to support different screen size. Some of the magento extensions display on front end do not have a proper styling, you need to style it to make it match the overall design. Lastly, I'm not good in creativity, you need to design it as creative/nice/beautiful for me to feel it. You can scrape the whole home page/menu to design a new one
