Requirement Gathering for a IT consulting & 2 more websites

Hi , This project is not for developing Website but for Gathering the Requirements for a 1) IT Consulting & Placement services website 2) IT Training website 3) Tobacco Company website Important requirements are provided below but what i am looking is for someone to go to the list of website's i provide and gather the requirements of the important features and list them as additional requirements. To my knowledge , this should not take much time . As i am already spending amount for website buiding, i am expecting someone who can finish it with $40. I am also looking for some one with more advanced knowledge on website building so that they can put a requirement on what technology should be best used for Website building for all the features being requested. --------------------------------------------- Main requirements : 1 Freelancers viewing right now 3142 TOTAL views Project Description: I am in need a very good IT Consulting website with all the features required for a IT recruitment company.
