Simple personal homepage

I need a design for a simple personal homepage ([url removed, login to view]) that looks exciting and inviting.
I need to be able to:
-have a few pages to present me and my family (with some pictures)
- have a personal blog
- have a guestbook (if possible to be able to answer each entry)
- a page for pictures (thumbnails)
- a personal CV
I think this is quite simple for the right person to do, but it has to look very good and I need to be able to update as needed (have good experience in Dreamweaver and HTML).
