Simple wordpress site with 10 pages

We need a basic website which will be marketing a two level affiliate program. The premise is too send out "Special Invitations" Which will be name of private page. Each recipient will also get password to view. T Shirts will be listed on the page "T Shirts" Also have a "Face Mask" page. I will create "Privacy Policy" so need page, "Terms & Conditions" Need page for FAQ's. Page need page for "Designs" This page will only be to accept customers t shirt designs & not to sell. T Shirts and Face Masks will be sold from a third party and not directly sold on our website. We are currently getting logo made and also will have a short sales video. Finally, need page for "affiliate program" which I will purchase and set up. Will you paypal button for "Opportunity" page. This will serve as checkout page. Of course need contact page. Have to write thank you page, and need email page set up. Would like an experienced web designer and need to have finished within 5 days. Because this is a brand new project money or budget is very tight so make sure you do not try going higher on our offer as it will be respectfully rejected. Someone with mediate wordpress design experience would fit well with this job. With personal obligations, time does not permit me to build but with 20 years Internet experience, I know this is a maximum 10 hour job. Talented web builders could easily finish in 6 to 7 hours.
