Start an online store

1) The online store will be selling plants with different sizes: small, medium, large. Maybe I will be selling pots and other item categories later.
2) It should be possible to pre-order the plants (if the plants are not available), and I should be able to know how many people have pre-ordered the plants
3) Each product has several pictures
4) The design theme should be: modern, urban, but cozy. I use only white pots to display the plants for simplicity.
5) I have already "purchased" website domains, but I don't really know how to use it.
6) It should be possible to use some analytics on the website.
7) Payments are to be made possible online, shipping costs to be calculated and minimum order of CHF 50 applies.
Some pictures of the plants are attached, I would love to have a website that looks modern and would look good with these pictures.

it is simple but very modern looking :-) it should ideally be easy for me to update the list of stocks and prices etc
