Genuine US & Canada freelancers are preferable to bid but we will consider from bidders from other parts of the world that we can communicate with. Project: A Talent agency looking to have an intuitive, interactive, ultra modern site that's easy to browse and simple to understand in multi-languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Czech, Russian, etc All users must register for an account, every account must first be approved by admin before regular use. Not every account will be approved. There are two main categories of users, Buyers, TYPE A) those are brands, and similar types of users who will search site for talent to hire )Talent - Type B). There are a variety of type of this kind of user (Type a), like: Brands, corporations, processionals, like photographers, producers, film directors, casting director, etc,. The second category (Type B) is the Sellers, those are the talent and in the talent there are a variety of type of users, like models, actors and singers/musicians. Talent (Type B) The first time they register they will fill in an express short form where they will upload up to three photographs and a link to a video and/or audio file, if they have, but at minimum a photo is required. This is how the admin will judge if we should approve means we want to work with them. To work with them will cost us money, so we will be investing money in their future, so we MUST either approve or deny. Site must be safe and their profile + data, etc must be protected from all users ID of this type user will not be accessible to any user from A or B. Type B will deal with us. Type B will only have access to their own file, no other file of brands or talent. Edit their profile no searches. Brands are allowed to do searches, have favorites and have files kept in their account about which talent in their favorite to what project to be considered for, write notes about that talent (a number assigned to every user from all categories ID). All Must be approved by admin before having access when they return to site. Pics, videos, audios, odf, text files in doc, add, edit, delete, profile, account manager for all users and an account manager for admin. Admin access to all files and keep track of IP address of all account holders. Secure, In search the ability to choose favorite talent and name section to save them in. For example model 1 save as Mod Fav 1, or Act Fab 1, 2 or 3 or name by project name whatever they choose. talent they choose by picture/profile, only first name of talent will show, but each talent will have a unique number associated with every name. Admin only can see full details of contact/talent/ - Tye A user or B may not communicate directly at all. They all need to communicate with us only. Type a needs to communicate they fill in form and book talent via website.
