Talent Recruitment Platform

Our group is looking to build a global recruitment platform and IT talent hub. We are looking for 2 or 3 Ruby on Rails freelancers to build this plaform. the freelancers should be able to commit from a minumum of 1/2 to full time work to this project and The project will have to be completed in 6 months as a first working public beta version release (MVP). This includes features testing and bug fixes. The project will be managed by on of the founders throughout, this is a technical person with strong background in running projects. To paint a picture of the site/services, the site component services breakdown into a Job Board, integrated recruitment tools and a basic social network (user and company profiles). The site will also need integration with payment and billing services. One of the 'musts' for this project is that most of the freelance developers must be in or near Krakow city (Cracow) so that we may collaborate closely. If you are located near Krakow, so that we may still be able to meet frequently this will be considered. If you ae located in a place that prevents you from meeting in person easily we than you for your interest but please do not apply or bid for the project. nota bene: the budget stated below is the total budget. All freelancers who get involved in this project will also be welcome to come on board permanently with the potential for stock options but there is no pressure there. Lets first focus on building the platform. If you are interested the first thing to yourselves is if you can commit to the project and to what level in terms of your daily / weekly time.
