I am looking for an expert in Wordpress who can customize the existing theme with my new design developed HTML codes and be able to upgrade all the plugins and make sure all the website functionalities work with the latest updates.
I need this to be done in 5 days.
Please read these requirements which needs to be met:
1. all the functions must work on the new design
2. It requires the freelancer to do some complex coding to match the new design, custom modifications
3. It is almost rebuilding new theme
4. it requires some of the existing plugins to customise to work with the new theme
