Web design for Earth Space Agency

We need to re-design our website while keeping layout intact. The goal is to make it look fantastic. ([login to view URL]) 1st page changes will include top menu in at least 2-3 rows, and already made logotype, etc. Then comes this nice painting, and the following information blocks. Information blocks need headers(?) like "Space Marketplace", and links like "Search", "Post Ad" Bottom will have more info within. Fonts size ~ 10pt - this website is for readers, not pictures and videos watchers. This is work environment too. Colors, backgrounds, seamless background, letter, etc... After leaving 1st page, space painting disappears, top menu remains. Please take a look at inner pages - there will probably be only minor design adjustments, because the content design is minimalistic. Existing design and functionality elements are all included even if they are not listed here. More detailed discussions will follow. Our mission is to keep job amount for designer at the minimum, and to make our website much better. For experienced designer that should not make a big problem. If you will need to learn how to perform this re-design, then it will take you man months to accomplish this job. We will accept only high quality results.
