A client management system will be the key to managing your clients needs, and tracking all requests and activities. A fully working demo of the Client Ticket Management system was created to meet the demands, such that a prospect client was able to view it.

- Hosted solution utilizing Open Source Software (OSS) platform

- Software used will be SugarCRM (version will be most recent, as it is constantly being updated)

- Initial installation of SugarCRM will be completed and tested.

- Initial user training will be provided

- Reporting module will be included that will track activities, ticket requests, client preferences

- Ability to send

- Customer database will be on OSS platform, MySQL

- Outlook synchronization plug-in is an optional module purchased separately from SugarCRM

Content Management System (CMS)

A content management system will provide the ability to control the content of your web site without knowing HTML. This Open Source Software (OSS) will provide great savings, while helping to keep a consistent look and feel to the web site.

- Installation, configuration and testing of Joomla OSS

- Customization of Joomla and full integration with the existing web site and menus

- Initial user training will be provided

- Database is based on MySQL
