Weglot Premium Multilingual Setup for 3 WordPress Websites (SEO-Friendly Implementation)

Project Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress and multilingual SEO specialist to implement the Weglot Premium plugin across three WordPress websites and replace the existing Google Translate setup with a structured, SEO-friendly multilingual system. Scope of Work: Install and configure Weglot Premium on 3 WordPress sites Remove existing Google Translate plugin/code completely Connect Weglot via API and configure English as the primary language Add required languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, French, and German Set up SEO-friendly URL structure using subdirectories (/es/, /fr/, etc.) Design and place language switcher in header (matching website UI) Ensure translations load correctly across all pages Translation & SEO Optimization: Review and refine translations for all pages Translate and optimize meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags Ensure proper hreflang implementation Update multilingual sitemap and indexing settings Replication & Consistency: Apply the same structure, design, and configuration across all 3 websites Maintain consistent switcher placement and UX Ensure no conflicts with themes, plugins, or performance Final Checks: Test responsiveness (desktop/mobile) Validate SEO setup and indexing Ensure fast loading and no script conflicts Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with Weglot + WordPress Knowledge of multilingual SEO and hreflang Experience handling multi-site multilingual setups Attention to UI/UX consistency and performance optimization
