Rebuild Website Using WordPress

I have an existing website that was created using Hostinger Horizon AI. I have successfully exported the complete website code as a ZIP file and would like it rebuilt as a fully functional WordPress website. Scope of Work Review and analyze the exported website files. Recreate the website in WordPress while preserving the current design, layout, styling, and functionality. Ensure the website is fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Convert all pages and content into WordPress-managed pages. Recreate forms using a suitable WordPress form plugin. Optimize performance, SEO structure, and page loading speed where possible. Ensure clean, maintainable implementation without breaking the original design. Configure menus, headers, footers, and any dynamic elements. Deliver a complete working WordPress website ready for deployment. Deliverables Fully functional WordPress website matching the existing website as closely as possible. Custom theme and/or page builder implementation (please specify your approach). Documentation describing any plugins used and any special configuration requirements. Migration of all content, images, and assets from the exported website.
