Real Estate Website

This is a Real Estate Service based website providing listing services, and this project geared towards a specific state. It will be consisting of membership for Sellers Only. Here is an overview of the important aspects of this project. Simple - Nothing complicated or loaded with features, everything will be very specifically laid out. Dynamic Database - Based on level of membership, users will be able to create a certain number of listings per month. Shopping Cart - Will need PayPal shopping cart integration for payments. Option to Ban User - Users who abuse the policies a certain number of times will be banned. Membership - Both buyers and sellers will need membership to the site, however, sellers will need to pay to list apartments, houses, coops or condos.
