Description: I have a number of PDF's that I would like to send
out. However I do not want to use a password system as it takes
too much time to manage.
I would like to be able to have an in-built function in the pdf
that would enable me to specify when the pdf would expire.
For example 2 weeks after first opened by the user.
This does not have to be world class security just something
that will stop your everday users from keeping the pdf beyond
the time they are meant to.
Ideally it will be for Mac and PC. Prefer it if the user did
not have to download software to unlock the PDF.
I must be able to alter the length of time myself and the time
breaks would be something like:
Above was the description I found. Here are a few more details. If you would like to see the web site, the web site is [url removed, login to view] (must access off home page as the site is not live) Purchases are now set at $.10 while we test the site. I can send you a sample pdf (created using Adobe Acrobat 8.0)
People have access to the site for 7 days, but to keep it
simple (for now) they can download the forms to their
computer. I want to time expire the pdfs they download. Will this work?
