magento sidebar

I need someone FAMILIAR with Magento to help me with a few small tasks. The $50 Budget is for all 7 tasks. website is live at: [url removed, login to view] 1) I need my cart and compare products removed from the homepage and all other pages. 2) In it's place: On the homepage: i need a sidebar that i can drop a vertical picture/banner into (231x600). 3) When searching for a product: filter based on gender, type, price (10-20,20.01-50,50.01-100), size, brand. example: [url removed, login to view] 4) On a product page: List of other products by the brand of the selected product. example: [url removed, login to view] 5) I need a search dropdown of brands below my search button, similar to [url removed, login to view] 6) Make the "search entire store" boxes Background WHITE 7) For products, remove the "Product Description" tab and make Additional Info show up by default

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
