I need a program that will take a list of ISBN numbers and UPC codes (user selectable) and get the current highest and lowest prices for the following conditions: New, Like New, Very Good, Good and Acceptable.
The input file would be one ISBN or UPC code on each line in a text file, or it could also be anything that can be output by Excel.
The output file can be in any format readable by Excel.
I would prefer a program that is web-based, such as on PHP, but a desktop application could work as well. If a desktop program, I would prefer something Windows based, but would also be willing to consider a Linux based program.
There may not be an easy way to get the conditions as Amazon does not segregate them. If this is the case, I would be willing to consider obtaining only the highest and lowest pricing for New and Used (which would then encompass everything from Like New to Acceptable).
It does not make a difference to me if this is a screen scrape or something that obtains data through an API, but I don't want to violate Amazons' TOS.
The interface does not have to be fancy and no installation program is required. As long as you can tell me how it is used, that is fine. I am familiar with Windows, I know how to run programs in PHP and I have a very basic understanding of Linux.
