I need a small prototype handheld device built. Here is what it will consist of:
2 ADXL335 accelerometers
1 small motor (or something to create vibration)
all necessary wiring/resistors/etc.
It should be designed such that when you push the button, the controller starts to monitor the accelerometer output. If the output on either gets above a certain threshold, the motor will start running. When you push the button again, the controller stops monitoring the output.
I need to be able to modify and upload various alternate programs to the microcontroller similar to the program described above. I have used Arduino microcontrollers before, so something similar would be recommended.
I will give more specific input including drawings for the most qualified bidders.
Please include the cost of the hardware listed above in your bid. The finished device will need to be fitted onto/into an existing product, so some mechanical skills will be necessary.
