We need a custom internet browser "shell". This will be a simple Windows exe program. When started, this browser will need to pull up a specific URL that we specify (provided after the bid is awarded). See attached mockup for extent of functionality. The red X area will be the effective area of the browser window. We won't need any other functions as all navigation will be handled The browser will have a min width and height of 640x480 overall when initially opened and should expand seamlessly both vertically and horizontally (typical browser scrollbar behavior applies for content that goes beyond the x and y direction - scrollbars should only appear when needed). Also, the user should be able to drag lower right corner and change the size of the browser. Buttons in upper right will be minimize, maximize, and close. Would like to possibly have a different overall color than shown in the mockup, so plan for that in your solution. Please bid soon if you want to be considered. We will award project very soon as it needed to be complete yesterday. We look at all feedback, project history, etc
