I need a way to have a SIP softphone dial numbers that appear in a web-based CRM that I'm using. The numbers are currently hyperlinked as e.g callto://123456789 but I can easily change that into a different protocol if it will help you with getting this job accomplished (e.g. changing the links to sip://...). Your solution should be a way to easily configure the browser (e.g. Firefox, the solution doesn't have to be compatible with every browser) so that when a user clicks a number, the softphone dials it. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that the softphone I'm using has an API so the solution may have to involve either some UI-level automation (e.g simulating clicks on the dial pad numbers / typing in the number box) or some other "hackish" way of getting it to work. In your bid please describe how you plan to approach this job and which third-party tools I will need to purchase if any (such as some macros tool). Also, please make sure to mention how quickly you can finish this project. Thanks!
