I wish to have all of our employment forms (PDF) turned into an automated process.
Most of the information on each form is repetitive (Name, ID #'s, address, etc.) but must be filled out on several forms.
The project will entail creating a secure online "Application for Employment" to be deployed on our website allowing the applicant to fill out all of the required fields for the forms and allowing the applicant to be notified of important steps.
This information should be stored in a database allowing the creation of a PDF document that will be electronically signed in our office upon hiring.
The documents that should be created must be selectable from a list, allowing one or all of the pdf forms to be filled out and signed.
