Pix-Firewall Protecting Internal Network

Cisco Router Connected to ISP

A Week before, All external emails stop receiving, users can send/receive to Internal Network users but can't receive emails from External domains/Networks, also users can send emails to external domains (internet)

I have Checked every Possibility like, turn off firewall Access-lists, Reinstall smtp, reinstall IIS, reinstall Exchange server, Even re-install the whole windows and then recovered the mailboxes (which i had taken backups before) Database mounted successfully but again it crashed the smtp.

Now what i mean by crashing smtp is: when i telnet smtp from The Exchange Server (telnet 25) i see nothing it again comes to C:> Prompt without giving me any message. I get same message when telnet from outside or inside, or by ip or by hostname etc.

I used smtpdiag and i get the message

--------------------[SMTPDIAG MESSEGE]-----------------------

Both TCP and UDP queries succeeded. Remote DNS test passed.

I need a guy who is 100% confident to solve this problem, BUT I'M ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THE OLD MAILBOXES, I dont wanna lose that in any case.
