Hello,
I need software developed for Windows OS. The Software will be used to create and print ID Cards.
Here are the basics:
1. The software must be able to capture photos via USB webcam
2. The software must be able to display a preview on a second monitor
3. The software must take the photo and input text data and create an ID card using a supplied template.
4. The software must store all ID's created in a local database
