live TV channel using Google cloud platform -- 2

i need a live tv service

this service should initially have 1 tv channel, i intend to add more channels in the future

the channel must be compatible with ssiptv

to be compatible I must receive a URL for each channel created

this channel URL I will put it in an m3u list

how will i send the images live?

through a virtual windows machine

or through broadcast programs using my computer at home
