Boost WooCommerce PageSpeed to 80+

I run a WooCommerce store on WordPress that currently scores around 40 on Google PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop after some AI-generated plugin tweaks. My goal is to push that score to at least 80 on each device category without sacrificing any of the existing functionality—we must keep every plugin that is already active. From my own checks I can see large images, multiple plugins working in parallel and a few heavy scripts are still dragging performance down, even though every image has already been compressed for the web. I’m therefore looking for a specialist who can fine-tune the stack, handle script deferral or splitting, optimise critical CSS, improve caching and server-side configuration, and generally squeeze every last millisecond out of the site while keeping all current features intact. Acceptance will be based on a before-and-after report from Google PageSpeed Insights showing 80+ on both mobile and desktop, plus a brief summary of exactly what was adjusted so I can track future changes with confidence.
