I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Website Manager to help update all the backend data via excel sheet. Take over coordination and technical health of my website. My goal is to have someone I can trust to keep the site running smoothly so I can focus on my business. Scope of Work: Regular Updates: Managing software/plugin updates, ensuring compatibility, and performing regular backups. Content Management: Uploading new blog posts/products/images and making text changes as requested. Security & Performance: Monitoring site speed, fixing broken links, and ensuring the site is secure from malware. Troubleshooting: Quickly resolving any bugs or display issues that arise. Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact for any technical site changes. Requirements: Proven experience managing websites built on Wordpress and WooCommerce Knowledge of SEO best practices and image optimization. Strong communication skills and responsiveness (24-hour turnaround for minor updates). Ability to provide a brief monthly summary of actions taken. Budget & Schedule: I am looking for an ongoing relationship.
