Hey I am interested to modify checkout page as per your requirement. I will add two functionalities one on general user action other is cron action. 1)On checkout page I will create product using wp_insert_post and delete on checkout completion. 2) set cron job every 5 mins. Which will check every 5 mins , If there will have any product with age more than 11 mins than that project will be deleted. Thank you waiting for positive response.
