I want an application that will generate a MS Word file by pre-populating data fields in a Microsoft Word template (fields from an MS SQL Server database). Then I want the user to fill up the remaining data fields in the generated file (offline). Once they filled it up and have access to the corporate network, to upload the MS Word file into an application that will extract all the data in the data fields and submit/insert in the MS SQL Server database.
