₹100-400 INR / hour

I have several pages of handwritten notes that need to be transformed into a polished, fully-typed PDF. All content must be re-keyed—not scanned—and set in custom fonts you select and supply. The finished document will follow specific styles for each heading level and subheading so that the final file is both visually consistent and easy to navigate. Once the text is entered, apply the agreed-upon styles, embed the fonts, and export a press-quality PDF. I will share a short style guide and sample page before work starts so you know exactly how the hierarchy should look. Please include links to past work that shows similar transcription or layout skills; that is the only application detail I need to evaluate. Deliverables • Word, Google Docs, or InDesign source file with styles applied • Final bookmarked, font-embedded PDF ready for distribution • Any custom font files (or free download links) used in the layout I will review the sample pages you send against the style guide; once everything matches, we are done.

Hello, I can transform your handwritten notes into a polished, fully re-keyed document right away. I will re-key all content (not scan), apply custom fonts that I will select and supply, and follow your style guide exactly for each heading level and subheading to ensure visual consistency and easy navigation. You will receive: 1. Source file with styles applied (Word / Google Docs / InDesign - as you prefer) 2. Final bookmarked, font-embedded, press-quality PDF ready for distribution 3. All custom font files used (or free download links) I will first style a sample page against your guide for approval, then complete the full set to ensure everything matches perfectly before final delivery. Past work samples of similar transcription and styled layout: [Add your 2-3 Google Drive / Portfolio links here - e.g., Handwritten to Styled Word/PDF sample] Ready to start as soon as you share your style guide and sample pages. Best regards, Afzal

I can turn the handwritten notes into a clean, styled PDF with clear heading hierarchy, consistent spacing, and readable typography. I will transcribe page by page, compare the text against every scan, flag uncertain words, and inspect the final rendered PDF for clipping, broken lines, and page-order errors. Please share the scans and preferred page size or style reference.
