Build One-Page WordPress Club Site

I have already designed a clean, one-page website for our village club and now need it turned into a working WordPress build. You will receive the finished desktop and mobile layouts, all photos, and full HTML/CSS markup; your job is to convert that into a lightweight theme, hook it up to an easy-to-use backend, and deploy it ready for content. The site only needs two pieces of editable content: • Posts: staff will add a short news item each week. • Opening times: these change every so often and must be editable from a simple field without touching code. Because WordPress is the chosen platform, I expect you to set up custom fields (ACF, Gutenberg block, or similar) so the committee can log in, update opening hours, and publish a new post in minutes. No user-registration or complex roles are required beyond an admin account for me and an editor account for them. Please keep page speed high, stick closely to the supplied design, and leave the code well-commented. Once the theme is in place, a short screen-share hand-over or concise PDF guide showing how to update posts and opening times will complete the job.
