(Many tickets do not have useful content and need to be skipped if they do not qualify for an article.) Need a virtual assistant help to go through the tickets, analyze content and populate knowledgebase. Need to categorize and tag articles according to the ticket content. Requires excellent understanding of English language and basic understanding of WordPress, HTML and Internet technologies in general.
