Clean Malware / Spamware from my lamp server in shared environment

I am having some issues with some wordpress installs. There is some spam or malware programs hidden somewhere on the server. This is a shared environment, so you won't be able to install any special linux software, you will need to use the tools available. I have tried replacing the wordpress install files, which cleans them, but 10 minutes or so later, the spam will reappear. Additionally, I get a wp-admin redirect loop error 10-15 minutes after replacing all the wordpress files in 2 or 3 other sites that I have hosted. I will award the money if you can clean the malware from the sytem so that these problems go away.
