We can go ahead and pull listings directly from our data provider. You may need to use a RETS client: [login to view URL] You should have experience with this before bidding. 2)You must follow the search result layout of this WP template: [login to view URL] Template will be purchased by me for your use. 3) Featured properties - on the bottom of the home page and [login to view URL] should be pulled from specified listings through IDX via Admin. 4) Area in admin panel where ALL the fields can be changed to another language. This site will be translated into multiple languages. You MUST accommodate this. STRICT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) Send sites via PMB that you have done in the past RELATED to this project ONLY. Copy-Pasted irrelevant work will remove you from consideration. 2) 50% escrow, 50% direct payment upon COMPLETION of project. Bonus may be given at END if project was done within time agreed upon.
