Form creation FE and BE Calculations integrated into Wordpress

I have a series of 6 forms that need to be recreated Into php or other and put into wordpress
At the moment the site is in WordPress and the forms are created via a third party and include some basic calculations such as, hourly rate, amount of products, extras (the customer has the option to add as many extras as they like out of 20 options.
This is not an e-commerce site but more like a booking site for a cleaning website. So the customer can book out one cleaner or maybe they require more.
The 6 forms will need to be created and put into the site to replace the old one.
The new forms should look exactly the same as the old ones
I am not aware that the forms can be duplicated I'm gravity or other form creator or plugin or therefore suggest one of the following
A customer plugin to be build.
Or php form to be created or other that you suggest.
I need this project developed into three stages
Stage 1: do all the FE work asap. Mimic the current form look and feel and FE work today
Stage 2:
Backend calculations (BE work)
Stage 3:
Confirmation of booking to be sent to two email addresses. The customer and admin / client.
That's al.
Timings.
Ideally, FE work to be created and developed by Wednesday.
I will need to see progress today to view.
Backend work to commence by Thursday at the latest and ideally to finish asap
