Customization for WordPress website

Hello everyone, We've just installed a WordPress website and we need someone to do some critical changes to achieve the look and functionality we are looking for. (You will have a key role in choosing the theme that suits the functions) The website is a deals website for several shops and hypermarkets in different cities/countries. The deals will be either in image format, or mostly in PDF format. A reference to the idea is [login to view URL] All the offers will be added by me not the store. We'll have two main sections for categories: offers based on the store category, and based on the city/country. As you can see in the reference website, each store logo on the homepage is a main category. The offers and stores that appear on homepage are different depending on the country/city selected. For instance, if a visitor chose Country A, stores 1, 2, 3 will appear (Depending on the stores that are in this country) . But if a visitor chose Country B, store 1, 4, 5, 6 will appear. Clicking on the store logo takes you to the category page that contains all possible information about that store: a description, branches in each country, and all store brochures/deals, past and present. All deals on the website have a start and end date, after that, they will be marked as expired. Deals that still have time left, will have a timestamp of how much time left. Ex: 4 days left. Clicking on a deal - whether from homepage or the store's page - will lead to the deals page, where the catalog will be embedded in PDF format, like in the example: [login to view URL] Each deal page will also have a box stating the following info: - Start date - End date - No. of pages - Date added Also, at the bottom of the deal page, there should be information about which branches these deals are available in.
