We are having a serious issue with our MPGS plugin for Woocommerce. We have so many transactions with canceled status however many of these transactions are failing at the point where our users are reaching the MPGS-hosted payment page. They enter their card info on the HPP, and immediately upon clicking on Pay Now [Green Button] they receive an error that " Your Transaction was unsuccessful" However, the error is returned instantly, without any time lag for there to have actually been any processing of the payment request. Further, there is no record in MPGS dashboard of these attempts so we cannot see a decline reason. We contacted MPGS directly and they don’t see any record of these attempts hitting their platform and have asked us to provide some API logs of the communications between Woocommerce and MPGS.
