We currently run a Virtual Private Server on BlueHost that hosts multiple websites running Wordpress.

Google PageSpeed Insights indicate a performance issue with the server response time, which currently varies between 2 to 5 seconds (sometime much longer).

We're looking for someone who knows Linux / Apache / MySQL / Wordpress very well and has experience managing these servers to help us identify the performance bottleneck and reduce response time to under 200ms.

We're also open to suggestions on how to best configure the server, install updates etc. all to ensure that it is running at optimum efficiency.
