I need a developer for shopify and wordpress websites to create 2 or 3 websites per month for a long time

I will finish my contract with my developer so I'm looking for a new developer with experienced in shopify, creating landing page, and worpress (Woocommerce). He or she must to understand perfect the codes because I make several changes to my web designs all the time. I will have about 2 or 3 new develops per month so I need someone who can give me a professional support and cheap tariffs (I paid around 50-130 USD per complete website depends on difficulty. I will not pay more than this prices). Someone who speaks fluently english by whatsapp and also by phone calls because I make a lot of calls. I have 4 websites and he or she needs to be able o give me support with some changes that I request and of course I will pay for those changes. But I need somebody with cheap prices and that knows perfectly shopify and wordpress.I am super strict with a job well done and perfect and I do not press for time because I prefer quality over speed.
