Plugins and Mobile Menu

Hello Everyone,
I have a couple of things that need to be done to my WP site – I expect you to work quickly and speak English well (let me be able to understand you in a conversation). I currently have Pofo as my theme and use WP Bakery Builder, and several other plugins.
Here is what I need done:
- I have quite a few plugins, I believe too many, but I am unsure which ones I do not need anymore – for example, do I still need “All-In-One WP Migration”? I need someone to go through these with me so we can weed out the ones that I do not need.
- A couple of weeks ago I found that the mobile menu on my site was not working (the menu will not respond when you tap it) – I talked to my old developer and he just installed another plugin, but I would like to fix what is wrong with the menu, not just install a plugin. So, if you could fix what is wrong with the menu that would be great.
