Speed Up My Wordpress Site (especially on Mobile)

I have a very simple website built in Wordpress using the Avada theme. I would like this website loading speed to be a lot faster - especially on mobile devices.
Please note the following points:
1. I am using Avada theme
2. I am using HostGator web hosting on the baby plan
3. I am using Cloudflare CDN
4. I already installed a few plugs to try to help with the speed: Autopitimize, Smush, WP-Optimize
5. My website has a lot of images - and I do NOT want the images optimised on uploading. This is because I use another plugin to share the high resolution images to social media. After the images are posted to social media from wordpress, then I can optimise the images manually in wordpress.
6. My Google PageSpeed Insights score is 35 for mobile, and 73 on desktop. I would want both scores over 90.
7. Most of my traffic will be from instagram - so I would especially like the loading from instagram to be as fast as possible.
8. I would consider changing the web hosting or paying for CDN, etc - however, I would prefer to use free plugins or scripts instead of paying monthly fees.
I might have a few other wordpress changes for you (as a separate milestone) if the speed element goes well.
