Use WP Synchro Plugin To Build Staging Site

We have a working server (WS) and a staging server (SS).
The SS needs to be set up using a plugin we purchased name WP Synchro. See [login to view URL]
Please make your best bid and explain your experience making staging sites.
Due to the nature of our business, you will be required to sign our NDA and proof of identity.
Factor into your bid the requirement that you provide an outline of the working site's functions to ensure you know how the site is supposed to work.
Fullstack developers have the best chance of gaining follow-on work.
NOTE 01: The subject site has been operating since 2017 and provides a great web experience for users.
NOTE 02: After syncing the SS, substantial follow-on work is available.
NOTE 03: The WS is based on WordPress with a MySQL DB containing 650,000 records and some 700 GBs of data.
NOTE 04: The sum indicated is to complete the site survey noted above, master the plugin WP Synchro (plenty of instructions are available on their website) and complete one full sync and 3 subsequent incremental syncs from WS to/from SS. For ALL subsequent work provide your best available hourly rate.
NOTE 05: All subsequent work after completing of initial step will be paid as per your accepted hourly rate on a not-to-exceed basis on each project.
