Wordpress website, with affiliate / paypal plugins

Website built in Wordpress required. The site has the following pages: Home Pricing FAQ Order now (5 stage form with around 30 fields) then payment via PayPal one off and possibility of recurring payment when choose that option) Simple Contact us form T and cs Privacy policy html email confirmation to be sent on successful order. The form is extremely important for the sites success, it has prompts as each form element gets focus, these should be editable easily within Wordpress as we will tweak regularly to get better conversion, similarly the error messages may need tweaking, when a value is not correct (email incorrect etc) The site design is simple and clean, not overly polished, hence limited HTML and CSS time needed. I am open to suggestions on how to implement the payment via paypal element, if a plugin is the best way forward that is fine by me. The site will require an affiliate system, I am currently thinking of using affilate royale. Again I would be open to ideas but it must be compatible with the payment plugin. The affiliate system should borrow the branding from the rest of the site and feel seamless some styling would need to be tweaked as necessary possibly. I will provide a layered fireworks file once the bid is accepted and be available for questions upfront and throughout if needed. You will have experience in Wordpress, PayPal integrations and affiliate plugins and have some sites to show as examples of your work. I am looking for somebody that is a good communicator, with good experience In Wordpress and has attention to detail, regular updates during development with milestones would work best.
